Hastings Area School System Transportation Request Form

Dear Parent(s) and Guardian(s),

Please complete this form if you are requesting transportation for your student. The final day to request or change transportation for the 2025-2026 school year is July 15, 2025. Transportation requests made after the deadline cannot be guaranteed for the first day of school and may take up to ten (10) days after school has started to be established. Additionally, requests submitted during the school year can take up to three (3) business days to establish a pick-up/drop-off location.
