
District Facility Use Requests
To streamline scheduling and ensure equitable access to district facilities, all requests for non-pool and non-HPAC spaces must now be submitted through FMX.
New User Registration
If you are a new user or community member, follow these steps to create an account:
Visit the FMX Registration Page and click "need an account"
Link above (ALL OTHER REQUESTS). Current staff members please login with google.Complete the Registration Form
Fill out all required fields and submit the form.Verify Your Email Address
Check your email inbox for an account activation message and click the verification link.Create Your Password
Set a password and log in to your new account.
Submitting Facility Requests
You may submit requests for classrooms, gyms, cafeterias, athletic fields, and other district spaces through FMX. Requests will be reviewed and approved based on availability and district policies.
Please Note: Pool reservations and Hastings Performing Arts Center (HPAC) rentals continue to follow their existing scheduling procedures and are not requested through FMX.
