Wait List:
After the maximum number of students enroll, you will be placed on a waiting list and will be contacted when an opening is available.
Weather:
If Hastings Area Schools are closed due to weather, the CERC will be closed for morning hours. Evening hours will be determined later in the day and will follow the overall district decision for evening activities.
CERC programs may be canceled when a severe weather or tornado warning has been issued. Classes may be canceled when the CERC is closed due to severe weather or other issues. Please check local media outlets for updates regarding closings due to weather, along with our Facebook page as this is where newest updates will be posted. As always, please call to confirm facility availability if you are ever unsure.

Access to programs and facilities is intended to be non-discriminatory. Please call at least two weeks in advance if you are requesting a special accommodation.
Animals:
Service animals are always welcome, but please no pets or emotional support animals.
Allergies:
If a participant has any allergies or medical conditions, please indicate at registration so that an action plan can be in place.
