Evening Yoga with Amy

Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm

A class that links classic yoga poses with movement and breath. Postures will help strengthen the body and increase flexibility over time, as well as promote calmness and relaxation. Moves at a moderate pace and will include modifications to accommodate all levels.

Slow Stretch Yoga with Crystal

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 6:10-7:10am 

A gentle practice which combines deep breathing, stretching and relaxed postures to bring restorative energy and serenity to your body and mind.

Zumba

Wednesdays 7:15-8:15pm 

Saturdays 7:30-8:30am & 9:30-10:30am

Zumba® is a fitness class that fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba® uses a variety of styles in its routines, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and hip-hop.

Pilates with Crystal

Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30-7:30am

Mondays & Wednesdays 6-7pm

Pilates is a form of exercise focusing on strengthening the body while focusing on the core. This low-impact fitness class is ideal for all ages and all levels of ability.

HIIT with Crystal

Fridays 12:30-1pm

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a workout method that alternates between short bursts of very intense exercise and periods of lower-intensity activity or rest. The goal is to push your body hard during the high-intensity parts to improve fitness, burn calories, and save time.
