Yoga

Slow Stretch Yoga with Crystal Maleski

A gentle practice which combines deep breathing, stretching and relaxed posture to bring restorative energy and serenity to your body and mind.

Classic Yoga with Yvett Peterman

Tuesday 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

A mindful yoga practice that focuses on connecting breath with movement, gentle stretching, and proper alignment. This class offers a blend of gentle to moderate flow and includes modifications for all levels. “Your practice, your mat” — come move, breathe, and find what feels good for you.

Classic Yoga with Amy Pohja

Tuesday 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Saturdays 7:30-8:30am & 9:30-10:30am

A class that links classic yoga poses with movement and breath. Postures will help strengthen the body and increase flexibility over time, as well as calmness.

Pilates is a form of exercise focusing on strengthening the body while focusing on the core. This low impact fitness class is ideal for all ages and all levels of ability.
